He used every trick possible to keep himself in the limelight. His movies initially were known as "movies for riksha walas"! :-) Anyhow, I have always enjoyed his movies though, even though I'm not and never have been a riksha wala or wali for that matter :-) I think he knew how to use media to his advantage.
