Monday Evening Inspiration
I had to change the title of “Monday Morning Inspiration” to “Monday Evening Inspiration” because I didn’t get a chance to post to my blog this morning. My apologies to those of you who were waiting this morning. One of you very nicely told me that your day felt incomplete.
Thanks for the support, and I hope you will enjoy the evening inspiration just as much. Just to warn you that it could happen again, but I will try my best. Always.
I always wonder why people are scared of wearing bright and bold colours. Is it the need to conform, or does it reflect an inhibited personality? Well, I’m not sure of the answer. It’s one of those things that always puzzles me.
This flower really attracted me because of its beautiful and bright hue.
If nature brings colour all around us, why are we so scared to wear it? If you can’t wear cheerful colours then eventually you’ll feel downright drab from inside. Live a little and put a little colour on. Ladies, don’t be afraid to wear that bright red top, and gentlemen those neat shades of purple, green, and red look great on!
Nature shows and tells us a lot. We should learn from it. Colour is all around us. Open your eyes…absorb and enjoy the colours. Don’t be afraid to express yourself through colour…it’s just as beautiful and natural as the flower in the picture.
Have a fantastic and happy week!
Cheers!

I hate it most when people think of you as something else when you wear a bright and bold coloured shirt that has might have some print on it. It sometimes gives off a negative image…
Hassaan – well depends on what type of shirt you wear. If you wear a shirt with nice colour and some prints, it might be decent unless those prints look too similar to the prints worn by people just coming to Canada from India/Pakistan. It’s a different story then

Or if the shirts you’re wearing are pink and light blue with nice flowers drawn on them!! Well, even that’s ok. I admire men who are in touch with and are not afraid to show their feminine side.
I’m just kidding. I know what you mean but couldn’t resist it
See that’s the thing…why are we scared to express ourselves through colour? Feel confident, look confident
Don’t be afraid to wear that colour you like, no matter what other people say.
Rihana – hahaahaaa…ummm what exactly are prints worn by people coming to Canada from India/Pakistan? I tend to go for purple and green a lot. I like it.
Not bad! I appreciate your effort in writing this
hehehe the sweaters worn by ppl coming to canada, especially ones from villages are quite colourful, with a mix of different colours not really going well together. hmm.. let’s see.. orange and green together, and maybe pink thrown in there and so on.
Just a side remark, not everyone coming to canada dresses like that of course. Don’t want to get in trouble with anyone here.
